We have the ability to rapidly supply some very challenging ceramic cores, ranging from cores used to make complex cooling passages in airfoils, to cores used to make oil flow channels in large housings. We can supply cores that cannot be made with traditional injection moulding techniques.
3D Printed Ceramic Core Materials
The 3D Printed ceramic cores we supply are manufactured from a silica based material with a proprietary mixture of zircon and alumina to optimise printed part properties. .
