Ceramic Core Process Training

Producing ceramic cores is not easy, it often takes several months for employees to gain the right level of competence to operate unsupervised.

If you are purchasing materials, technology, or a turnkey process from us then we provide the option of having your team members trained on the key processes in our state-of-the-art ceramic core facility in the UK.

We are also able to deliver training at a location of your choosing globally. This is normally completed after your equipment has been delivered and commissioned.

The average lead time for ceramic core equipment delivery is 6 months, many customers utilise this time to train the employees on key aspects of the process.

If you are an existing producer of ceramic cores, then we can also assist with training and consultancy on a wide variety of issues.

Several of our clients often utilise the training options in the UK to enable them to reduce the implementation time of their new processes or they are faced with a requirement to train and develop new employees but have limited time and resources to make this happen at speed.

Our training covers a wide range of topics including:

  • Tooling Design
  • Raw Materials
  • Mixing
  • Injection Moulding
  • Reforming / Dimensional Control
  • Firing
  • Inspection
  • Hand Finishing
  • Impregnation
