Purchasing a ceramic core material formulation provides several benefits including complete ownership of the manufacturing process, control of the raw material supply chain and the ability to understand the key elements of the material. It also means that you remain 100% independent from any other organisation when it comes to ceramic core manufacturing or supply.
Ceramic Core Solutions possess 15 proprietary ceramic core material formulations, each one engineered around specific core requirements including core complexity, core size and intended casting application.
Each ceramic core material formulation includes:

  • Detailed list of raw materials
  • Approved raw material suppliers
  • Required volumes of each material per 100 kg mix
  • Raw material specifications
  • Process instructions for material mixing, injection moulding, firing, impregnation, and finishing.
