Ceramic Core Process Training

Ceramic Core Process Training

Producing ceramic cores is not easy and it can take several months for employees to gain the right level of competence to operate unsupervised.

If you are purchasing materials, technology, or a turnkey process from us then we provide the option of having your team members trained on the key processes in the UK at a very competitive price.

We can also deliver training at a location of your choosing globally. This is normally completed after your equipment has been delivered and commissioned.

If you are an existing producer of ceramic cores, then we can also assist with training and consultancy on a wide variety of issues.

Several of our clients often utilise the training options in the UK to enable them to reduce the implementation time of their new process.

The average lead time for ceramic core equipment delivery is 6 months, many customers utilise this time to train the employees on key aspects of the process.

Please see below for some of the key process steps we can provide training on.
